A self-taught bassist/songwriter and a hero of mine. In my time working with Mike Dijan of Breakdown and Crown of Thornz he started referring to me as “Harris.” I brought this on myself by playing lots of Maiden basslines and recording my band’s most recent record on the Fender Steve Harris Precision Bass. As far as nicknames go it’s nothing to complain about. I guess it’s an honor in a strange way.
